By using the Tesqua app, you can earn MOVEs and encourage daily activity, fostering a consistent and motivating fitness routine.

Enjoy a seamless experience in clubs equipped with Technogym devices by connecting via Bluetooth or QR code through the app. Devices will automatically log into your account with your personalized program, and all results are stored automatically in your Mywellness profile.

You can manually register MOVEs or synchronize data with third-party apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag, and Withings.
